Ashaena is an black introspective metal band from Romania.
Our main interest is to raise the awareness in people and make them know themselves more. Knowing yourself offers you the fulfilment of understanding more from the world around you. Everything is mirrored and what is above is so below.
We try to push people to an introspective state which will nurture their spirit and bring the most valuable and the only food for the inner self: knowledge.
Ashaena is just paying a tribute to our ancestors, their traditions and culture, the sincerity of Nature around us, and the common sense in us. We are combining our musical paths with folk elements taken from our rich tradition.
Ashaena has nothing to do with any NSBM organization or ideology.
